メニューは基本的におまかせのプレート1種のみです。 |
ネットフリックスで評判になった「First Love 初恋」で話題になったナポリタンを食べるために、札幌から訪れました（劇中のナポリタンは店主の料理家たかはしよしこさん監修）。
Netflixの「初恋」でも、お料理を担当されたらしく。札幌10時出発で三笠経由で午後1:30に到着。3組待ちで30分ほど、テラスで待ちました。
初恋ナポリタン:1800円、まずサラダがサーブされます。ミックスリーフにイチゴ味のドレッシングです。キャロットのラぺも美味しい。ポテトサラダも香辛料が効いています。
ナポリタンは麺が中空のブカティーニ、酸味が強めのナポリタンで使用されているソーセージ、トマト、チーズなど全て地産のものです。途中、モロッコ胡椒で味変しても美味しいです。
白樺林の中にある素敵なカフェです。ごちそうさまでした。
