ラーメンは醤油or味噌派なのだけど…やっぱり函館に来たら塩ラーメンかなぁと入店。

函館駅からほど近い場所にあるラーメン屋。
函館のラーメンと言えば「塩」とのことで、ホテル近くの店を検索。
テーブルもあり、子連れでも大丈夫そうだったので訪問。

木曜日の午後３時頃に来訪しました。
先客は２名。
カウンター席に座り注文は、もちろん塩ラーメン（710円）で。
程なくして着丼したラーメン。

函館駅から少し離れていますが、１９５０年創業でラーメンのスープはトンコツ９割、鶏ガラ１割の動物系スープのようです。

醤油ラーメンをいただきました。スープは鶏ガラのさっぱりした懐かしい味でした。メンマがシャキシャキしていて、麺は啜りやすいストレート麺。塩ラーメンやカレーも美味しいので、どのメニューを頼んでも間違いないです。
古くからの、函館の老舗がほとんどなくなってしまった。
ラーメンも、昔ながらの華僑のものがもうほとんどない。
ここはその面影を残していると言えるお店なのかな。厳密にはちょと違うけど。
