Hakodate Goryokaku. Today's shop is Bingoya. Near Suginami-cho, along the Goryokaku streetcar. It's homecoming! Drinking local sashimi with friends who have been with me for more than two-thirds of my life. Usually, there's one other person who can't drink, but this time we were both drinking a lot, so we chose one of the few restaurants in Hakodate that serves single-item items. I knew it existed, but this was my first time here. The alley that enters the entrance is a bit narrow, so it might be difficult to find the place (^_^;) Is it about 20% of the customers for reservations at 7pm? I thought so, but within 30 minutes the place was full. Do people in Hakodate start drinking late? Lol Nomiho is 2h@2200 Beer is Premol Kamiawa. Super master. It had a bit of an aftertaste, but I'll forgive it because it's Nomiho lol.The appetizer was a combination of fried egg, burdock root, and squid. I'm glad that local Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), like Muroran, don't skimp on appetizers (^o^) I was surprised when I saw today's menu! Oguni has Wagyu beef! It seems like some restaurants in Hakodate have been stocking it little by little lately, but it looks like it's going to be a good year to be able to eat this from New Year's Day ♪ ・Hokuto Oguni Beef Steak @2300 Today's part is the arm. You might think it's expensive for about 100g, but it's probably a super service item that costs about 80% of the original price. It's really delicious, if it's on today's menu, I'd like you to try it☺️ ・Assorted sashimi @1800 Tuna, salmon, scallops, cod kelp, yellowtail, and octopus. There are many kinds, but it's one or two pieces, so it's not enough for two people to eat (^_^;) - Shime mackerel @ 880 The type that is relatively soaked. Lately, I've had a lot of dishes that are mostly raw and lightly seasoned with vinegar, but this one is just as delicious.・Gin cod grilled with Saikyo miso @990 The sweetness of the miso is just right (^o^) ・Geso fried chicken @660 I ate squid sashimi at my parents' house, so I'm going with the squid category lol I'll go with the beer!・Fried yam @450 Crispy and steamy, just the right amount of fried chicken.・Sujiko Oroshi @770 Today's guest has never left Hakodate, so I told him to eat it at home, but he really wanted to eat it now lol I think it's a little pricey for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Hakodate. That's what I thought, but prices are going up everywhere now, so I wonder if it's something like this. Of course, we have local sake from Hokkaido, the recent local sake from Hakodate, and the unique feature is that we have a large selection of sake from Shinsei Sake Brewery! First time in Hakodate! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but I think it was a pretty good place for locals to drink! I think I'll come here again! Thank you for the meal ( ・∀・)
