函館の友人と会食で6名で予約をして伺いました。
友人たちの日程の都合もあり急遽人数が増えましたが
ご主人が対応してくださいました。
当日は個室のお席を用意してくださいました。
料理提供に平均的に時間がかかるとネットの記載にありましたので
事前にコース料理を注文
久しぶりに会う友人と会話も多く提供時間は気になりませんでした。
魚介がメインの和と洋を取り入れ
北海道食材などを数多く使われていました。
その中でもメインのお肉料理
鹿ローストがとても柔らかく臭みもなく美味しかったです。
最後に提供されたプリンが一番お気に入り
プリンは少し硬めでキャラメルの焦具合が美味しい。

最後にご主人がご挨拶してくださいました。
物腰が柔らかくとても印象が良かったです。
次回は少ない人数でカウンターに座り
ゆっくりとお邪魔させていただきたいと思います。
