押しの強い女将さんに招き入れられ
カウンターに女二人で座りました。
セットメニューはアレルギーがあるなら無理と言われ、お好みで。
ちなみにセットメニューには、何の握りがあるのか書かれておらず不親切。
15分ほど待ち、お寿司がくる。
美味しい。見た目も悪くないし。
でも、函館で食べているということを考えると
満足とまでは行かない。
そして接客のムラ。
接客に大切なことを今一度考えられたらいいのではないでしょうか。
海の幸が自慢の観光地のお寿司屋さんですが、
私はこちらのお店には二度と行かないです。
