大阪屋でランチ
手打ちの店ですね。
蕎麦粉8割、小麦2割のいわゆる二八蕎麦ってやつです。
音威子府産石臼焼き。
だしつゆは削りたての鰹、さば、宗田、それと、道南では有名な昆布で出汁をとっています。
カウンターも広々、小上がりも充実してます。
今回は冷やしたぬき蕎麦をチョイス。
きゅうり苦手なんで抜いてもらいました。
美味いですね。
手打ちならではの硬さがいい。
出汁も深みがあっていいです。繁盛するはずです。
何で大阪屋っていう店名なのかだけ気になりました。
