北海道に来たら羊を食べないと帰れないので来ました。
・生ラムガングロ
顔が黒い羊をガングロと言うらしいです。少し硬めで歯応えがあり美味しいです。普通の羊との違いはよく分かりません。
・ラムロース
今回食べた中では1番美味しかったです。柔らかくて肉汁もたっぷり。肉自体も大きいので満足度高いです。
・羊タン
羊は舌が小さいためか写真よりずっと小さいです。食感は牛や豚と変わりません。少し割高な気もしました。
・ラムチョップ
ラムチョップは安定に美味しいです。結構大きかったです。
・マトンロース
マトンですが癖や臭みがなく美味しかったです。羊ダメな人も食べれそう。
全部美味しかったですが特にラムロースとガングロが美味しかったです。羊タンは美味しいのですが少し割高なので他のものを頼んでもいいかもしれません。
