函館に人生初訪問の機会があり、色々探してこちらのお店が良さげだったので事前予約して平日18時に1人で訪問。予約時に刺身盛り合わせ含めて適当にオススメのものを準備します、ということなのでお願いしました。結果これが大正解。
お任せで出てきたのが
お通し（バイ貝？煮付けとウニ？のあえもの）
根ぼっけの煮付け
アスパラの塩茹で
ときしらずの塩焼き
刺身盛り合わせ
＋じゃがバターと塩辛添えを追加オーダー
どれも1人で食べるのにちょうどいい量で、東京の寿司屋で食べたらいくら取られるか分からないぐらいのクォリティです。
特に素晴らしかったのが、大将が「今日はいいのが入りまして」と言って出してくれた地元産極太アスパラの塩茹で。今まで食べたアスパラの中でもダントツのナンバーワンを取れるレベルのアスパラで、もうこれだけ永遠と食べてもいいぐらいのシロモノでした。
飲み物は生ビールから日本酒×2。
日本酒は地酒もオススメということで、お任せをして郷宝（ごっほう）という地元のお酒をいただきました。これもウマーイ。
お二人？で切り盛りをされているようで、あまり余裕は無さそうなので、予約して、予約時に料理をある程度お願いしておくのが良いかと思われます。
何はともあれ、本当に素晴らしいお店で、函館の駅前からはかなり距離がありますが、是非訪れてもらいたいです。
また来るぞー。
