月に400gほどだが豆を挽いて飲むコーヒーが好きです。
札幌から函館に転勤になりいいマメ屋さんがないかと探していたところ辿り着いたお店です。
お店に入ると焙煎された豆のいい香りが店内を包んでいます
新鮮な生豆を直近で販売できる量だけ小分けに焼いているとのことで、豆はホントに新鮮♪
煎り方も深煎りせず豆の味を最大限に出せる中煎りが多いです
ドリップすると豆がどんどん膨らんできますので、コーヒーを淹れる時にもまたテンションがあがります
初訪以来3度お邪魔してます
これから馴染みの店にしたいトコロです
