おはよーございます。
昨夜泊まった【カントリーボーン】さんに朝食は付けなかったので朝食はこちらに来ました。
函館朝市にある
どんぶり横丁の中に入ってる【すしの鮮昇】さん
観光客向けの施設なので、海鮮どんぶりや刺身定食なんかをを出すお店ばかりですが
こちらのお店は中に入ると、お好みで普通に握ってくれます♪
勿論、お酒も朝からいけちゃいます♪
他のお店なんかは
カウンターらしきものがあるのに、
ネタケースが空で
裏で海鮮どんぶりを作るだけでした。
こちらの握りは
小さめで食べやすく新鮮です♪
店の装飾がかなり気になるお店でもありました(笑)
ルイ・ヴィトンがたくさん飾ってありまして(笑)
大将もヴィトンのマスクしてまして。
かなりのヴィトン好きのようです。
コースターなんかもヴィトン。
ヴィトンのサッカーボールやスケボーなんかも飾ってありまして。。
面白い店でした(笑)
肝心のお寿司は
普通に旨いし(笑)
むしろ、好みの寿司でした。
つまみになるようなサイズの食べやすい寿司。
巻物なんかは【ダミエ柄】で笑ってしまった^^;
ネギトロ頼んだんですが、業務用じゃなくて
ちゃんとトロを叩いて作ってくれたので美味しかった♪
家内喜んで食べて
ビールが進んでました(笑)
また、朝から行きたいお店です♪
