変な時間に昼飯となった。場所は函館駅前。あまり時間もない。食べログ検索して立ち食い寿司屋に行こうと思ったが休みだった。んー、と言うことで函館朝市のどんぶり横丁のこちらへ行った次第。16時半を回っていたので、先客は無し。大相撲が流れる店内でカウンター席に座って、生ビールを注文した。
キンキンどころか、ガンガンに冷えたジョッキに注がれたビールは凍っている。こういうビールを提供する店はたまにあるがフローズンビールは好まない。
握りは、松(2,200円)、つまみにイカソーメン(660円)を注文した。
イカソーメンが来た。生姜おろしと大根おろしが添えられている。専用のタレを使えとのこと。食べてみると流石に新鮮だ。が、生姜おろしが多過ぎて生姜おろしの味になった。
握りが来た。サーモン、白身、、トロ、エビ、ホタテ。ホタテは甘くうまかった。
ビールを追加。
カニ、とり貝、イクラ、ウニ。とり貝が歯応えがあってうまかった。
追加で、ほっけ、にしんを注文。この2貫が一番。ほっけは今まで函館で食べた生ほっけの中では一番。シコシコした歯応えがうまかった。にしんは北海道で食べると脂が乗ってうまい。こちらのにしんもうまかった。
後客に初老のご夫婦。大相撲の続きを観たかったけど時間なのでお会計をして退店です。ご馳走様でした。
因みに皆さんが投稿している通り、店中ルイでした（笑）
