函館の早朝食。函館朝市のグルメモールから朝6時開店の寿司屋「すしの鮮昇 函館朝市店」を見つけて入店。朝ビールを嗜みつつ、大将お任せ握り10貫を所望。
うーん、さすがに魚が美味い。シンプルなシャリに、ネタ自体の作りもシンプルなんだけど、それでもきっちり美味しいと思わせてくれるこの魚の新鮮さ、美味さがいい。
いただいたのは、ほっけ、きんき、にしん、ときしらず、ボタンエビ、ズワイガニ、ホッキガイ、本鮪大トロ、イクラ醤油漬け、ムラサキウニを岩塩で。さすがお任せと言うだけあって（そこそこお値段するだけあって）、いいネタが揃ってた
追加で頼んだマツカワガレイと白魚は美味いなりに普通だったので、お任せに委ねるのが吉かも。
