祖父の生まれが香川県という事もあり、子供の頃から讃岐うどんには馴染みがあり、釜揚げうどんはとても好きです。
近年、全国的にチェーン化したうどん店があるので、どこでも食べられるようになりましたね。
さて、何度かお邪魔したことのあるお店ですが、初レビューです。
セルフのお店で、速さが売り！
麺、かえし、出汁共に特筆すべき点はありません。
味と品質で売ってるお店では無いので。
詳しく書くと、まず麺のコシが弱い。
喉越しも少し粘つく茹で上げと温度帯。
大量生産が故か？
かえしは甘めのですが、四国の本場から見たら濃くなってるのかな？
天ぷらは基本仕事が雑だが、気軽に選べるのは良い。
と言った感じで、あくまでもうどんのファミレスって位置付けですから、そう考えても並ですかね。
