函館山ロープウェイで夜景を見てから、タクシーで本日の駅前ホテルへ。
グループなら800円ぐらいなので、市電まで歩くよりタクシーの方が安くて早いです。
市電という雰囲気を味わいたい人なら別です。
夜は名物の塩ラーメンに決めていたのですが、
肉好きのヨメさんがどうしてもジンギスカンが食べたい、
ということで、こちらも電子クーポン使えることを確認し、19時に行ってみました。
やはり週末の夜、ということで案の定満席で、
今から予約だと21時、とのこと。ホールのお兄さんが紳士的だったのでこの場で予約いれました。
ホテルでひと風呂浴びてから行くことにします。本店だけあって人気店ですねえ。
スタンダードメニューの生ラム・壺漬けラム・ラムタン、ご飯ものでクッパとビビンバを
注文。
どれもクセがなく質の高い牛カルビを頂いているようです。
札幌の「だるま」で食べたような衝撃はなかったですが、新鮮なラム肉はクセがなく、
いくらでも食べたくなります。
ハコビバ自体が今春竣工で、コロナで営業もままならなかったでしょうから、
これからどんどん客が増えるといいですね。
