90年以上続く中島廉売【毎朝皮から手づくりの餃子屋さん】
函館では珍しい”皮から手作り”の餃子屋です。毎朝その日に練りあげる道産粉を使用したモッチリ皮と、ゼロから研究を重ね完成したこだわりの餡が特長です♪ |
美味しいんですが、自分の好みではなかったかもしれない。
想像より結構小ぶりで一口でいけます。そのくらい小ぶりにも関わらず、皮がもっちもちで分厚いため具の存在感が薄いです。美味しい皮なんですが、皮の存在感が強すぎました。
味は四種類食べ比べをいただきましたが、シソがたまに顔を出すくらいで違いがわかりませんでした。
また、油多めで焼いているのか結構脂っこいので、タレはお酢一択になってしまいます。
店内もちょっと寒いので、餃子が冷めるのも早い・・・。
これは水餃子にすべきだったか、生餃子を持ち帰りで自分で焼くべきだったか・・・。
