かちぼしでランチです。
国道沿いにあるラーメン屋さん。星マークがシンボルのようです。店内はカウンターが5席、テーブル2つに座敷1つ。歴史は浅い印象です。
やはり気になるのは新北斗流淡麗醤油ラーメンです。
何でしょうか、新北斗流って。一子相伝の世紀末な予感がしますが気になります。他のお客様がかちぼしスペシャル頼んでましたがメガ盛り…コレはコレで気になるが浮気はしない。
確かにすっきり淡麗。けど味はしっかりしてます。魚介と昆布出汁かな。麺は道南では珍しい太めのちぢれ麺です。
勝ち星取るのは早いかな。少ししょっぱいし、大きな特徴も無いので、近隣の強者にジャイキリ起こすには難しい。
