2015.11月 初訪
花園の繁華街にあるラーメン屋さん。
昼間も営業してるので行って来ました。
店名が「龍王」さんですか。
昔この辺に伝説のラーメン屋「龍華苑」があったよね！
飲んだ後の〆ラーに寄ったけど
店主がタンパラでいつも奥さんと喧嘩しながらラーメン作ってたなぁ、、、
普通のラーメンでも丼から溢れそうなくらいデカイチャーシューが乗ってて
妙に旨かった記憶が残ってる。
ここの大将に聞いたら「龍華苑」があった場所はここの隣で今は駐車場になってるみたい。
ちなみにこの場所は元「養老乃瀧」があって、大将はその経営者だったそうです。
この「龍王」さんも以前は近所で営業してたようでかれこれ４０年経ったとか。
メニュー見ると龍王メンってのがイチオシのようだけど
あえて炒メン大盛(１０００円)にします。
餡は塩味で塩分やや控えめ。
具はねぎ、たまねぎ、白菜、木耳、ピーマン、錦糸卵、椎茸
人参、もやし、豚肉、タコ、帆立となかなかの具沢山。
小樽の加藤製麺さんの細麺は
焼き色こそ少しついてるけどややねっちょりした麺で
底から引っ張り上げるのに麺はゆるいのにゆるくないとはこれいかに！(笑)
(ゆるくないとは北海道の方言で容易でないって意味です)
炒メンってAKYの事だけどあえて炒メンと言ってるのだから
もう少し麺をしっかり炒めてくれると良いなぁなんて(^_^;)
でもこの花園を見続けること４０年とはしっかりと老舗だし
貴重な一軒である事には間違いないですね！
今度はイチオシの龍王メンってのを食べてみようかな！
