2018.10月 初訪
シリーズ企画？の
「小樽でラーメン提供してる店は可能な限り訪問してみるべや」で、
こちらでラーメンが食せると思い訪問しました
「カフェ ホワイト」さんに。
こちら何でも昔薬局だった建物をリノベーションして
活用している模様で店内は白で統一されてます。
もしやスタッフも白衣かと思いきや違いました(^^;)
まぁ雰囲気的に女性客が圧倒的に多く
私のようなニッカポッカにゲートル巻いたおっさんには不似合いです(笑)
狙いはラーメンなのでそれ食べたらサッサと帰ろうと思って
メニュー見たら何とラーメンがありませんので
店に聞いたら以前はあったけど今はやってないとな(-_-)
う～ん、ここで店出るのも大人げないので
オリジナルカレーのセットを注文。
ここのカレーは豚角煮がド～ンと乗ってるのが特長で
角煮は下味が鳴りを潜めてますね。
一方のカレーはそれなりのスパイシー感あるけど
煮詰まったような濃い～味わいで
ちょっと私の好みとはズレがあるかなぁ、、、
カレーってホント難しいですね(^^;)
