ＪＲ南小樽駅から徒歩１０分ほどのところにあります。
ウイングベイ小樽からすぐのところにあります。
かつて近くに石原裕次郎記念館があったのですが閉館していまいランドマークが一つなくなりました。
新南樽市場は、なかなか広いです。
その中で、おたる佐藤食堂に入りました。
ココは食券販売です。
入り口にある写真付きのメニューの中から、値段設定高めの、
『中とろサーモンうにいくら丼』
を注文しました。
空いている席に座り食券を渡しました。
周りを見渡してみました。
カウンター７席
四人掛けテーブル席が３つ
変則3人掛けテーブル席が一つ
ありました。
１０分かからないうちに運ばれてきました。
見た目、色鮮やかです。
ネタは、
・中トロ
・サーモン
・ウニ
・イクラ
名前の通りです。
中トロとサーモンは、とろけるような食感です。
少しだけ醤油をつけると風味が増してよいです。
イクラが結構入っています。
プチプチとした食感が楽しいです。
ウニも風味がよく満足しました。
汁物はサケのあら汁でした。
少し濃い口のように感じました。
