「お昼は蕎麦が良いなぁ〜」とか思い描いて居ました
実際時間に成ってみるとそんな悠長な事を言ってられる余裕もなく「新南樽市場」でランチとなります
さほど選択肢もなく伺ったのは市場内の「おたる佐藤食堂」さん
ちょうど12時を回った頃で８割ほどの客入り
体温測定の後アルコール消毒し券売機と対峙します
ナマモノへ行きたいが少々予算オーバーかなぁ
日替わり@800あたりと悩んだ末の「生寿司(上)@1,300」
食券をおばちゃんに渡してカウンター席へ座ります
お冷、お茶などはオールインワンのサーバーからセルフ
厨房はご主人らしきの独り舞台、テキパキと手際よい調理の様子が見てて楽しいです
待機10分「おまたせしました」と目の前に置かれます
トレーには「握り９貫、あら汁、使い捨ておしぼり、割りばし、醤油皿」
握りは「赤身、海老、イカ、サーモン、トビッコ、いくら、鯛、帆立」など
酸味弱めのシャリ、弱めのサビ、硬めに焚かれた米は直球ド真ん中
ネタはどれも可もなく不可も無く良かったのは「海老、イカ」
あっさり風味の「あら汁」が旨い
ランチ寿司としてはコスパイマイチ
地元の常連さんらしきは定食を食べてる人が多かったように見受けられます・・・賢明です
周りを見た限りでは天ぷらの対価が良さそうでした
