小樽市の歴史的建造物を改装したお店で伺った日のランチは予約で満席の張り紙。外観も内観もかなり良い雰囲気でした。そんなお洒落なお店でいただいたのは、ウニとズワイガニのクリームパスタセット（時価）。ウニのその日の仕入れ値でメニューの価格が決まるようで、この日は3,600円位のようでした。
セットにはサラダとオニオングラタンスープ、バゲットがついており、メインであるパスタと一緒に出てきた時は「あれ？」と思いましたが、海鮮類をふんだんに使ったパスタがこの上なく美味でしたのでまあいいか〜とは思いました。ただ、ウニは嫌な生臭さは一切なく、残ったクリームソースもバゲットで絡め取って余すとこなくいただくことができ、非常に満足度の高いものでした。
建物内は1階から3階まで席があるようでしたが、提供の関係からか2階の半分と3階はあまり使用しないようで、3階のお手洗いに通された際にたまたま撮影できましたが、どのフロアもテイストを変えつつもかなり凝っていますね。歴史的建造物の趣きを感じながらいただくイタリアンはかなり絶品でしたので、観光等の際にはぜひ伺っていただきたいお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
