小樽運河沿いにある総大理石造りの「ホテルノルド小樽」の７階にあるバーラウンジが「Duomo Rosso（ドゥウオモロッソ）」です。
イタリア語で赤い大聖堂という意味を持つ店名通り、店内は深い赤色の内装や照明で統一されています。
店内はアーチ状の大きな窓のある円形となっており、雰囲気のあるカウンター席や、窓側のソファ席やボックス席から北運河方面や市街地の夜景を見渡すことができますが、夜の８時開店なので外は暗くて運河には灯りも乏しいのであまり夜景は見えませんでした。
