ジンギスカン、わたしは臭みある方が好きだと思いました。
お店の方がおすすめをとりあえず出してくれるというのでその通りにしたのですが、自分が食べたいものを選んだ方が良いです。お高く感じました。
とにかく癖なく柔らかいお肉でした。

初めての訪問だったので店の方のおすすめ盛りで頂きました。
自宅の方でも生ラムを食べますが、それと違い各部位クセがないだけでなく肉の柔らかさ、旨味をしっかり感じられ非常に美味しかったです
