生ラム美味しかった！
少ししかとれない、ヒレもあり柔らかくてさっぱりで美味しかった！
お店の方のおすすめを5種類ほど注文しました。
結果、普通の味付けしていない、生ラムロース、肩ロースが1番タイプでした。
塩と胡椒がミックスされた調味料が置いてあり、それをちょこっと付けて食べるのも美味しかったです。
もちろん、タレもありました。
お店はお寿司屋さん通りにあり、運河をお散歩してから緩やかな坂を登って行きました。
店内は、座敷とカウンターで結構こじんまりです。
カウンターには、2人なら４組ほどで座敷は4人で３組くらい座れるかな？
女性の店員さんが多くてとても感じは良かったです。
