既に夕食の海鮮丼を平らげていたが、匂いに釣られて入店した。それが正解だったと思えるうまさだった。アイスランド産のヒレ肉は臭みが全くなく柔らかい。生ラムも絶品。店員さんがタレではなく塩で味わうようしきりに進めてくるのは、素材への自信の表れだろう。
これまでたくさんのジンギスカンを食べてきたが、屈指の美味しさだった。店員さんによると、アイスランド産は豪州産に比べて餌がいいとのことでした。
