銭函、5号線沿いにございますゼニバコテラスにお邪魔しました。
個人商店が軒を連ねるお洒落な商業施設です。
こちらはお肉、お魚を使わず、野菜がメインのお弁当とお惣菜のお店です。
今回、可愛らしい野菜寿司を購入してみました。
いただきましたらもうびっくり！
トマトの軍艦はまるでいくらのよう！
帆立に見立てた具材はえりんぎです。
ズッキーニ、椎茸など、どれも素材もよく
お米も粒が立ち、わさびもほんのりと効いてましてとっても美味しいのです♪
