朝から何も食べていなかったので、お昼ご飯を食べるお店を探していると、電柱にお店の看板が、幾つか出てきたので、看板に付いていくようにお店へ到着。
駐車場に車を停めて、店内へ。
手の消毒と検温をしてカウンター席に座りました。
何を食べようかと迷いましたが、古平町と積丹町でとれたネタで構成されていると書かれた「東積丹旬握り」を注文。
お店の方が運んできてくれ、ネタの名前を教えてくれます。
柳タコ、ホッケ、ニシン、ボタンエビ、スケソウダラの白子、サクラマス、たらこ・・・その他、初めて聞く名前の魚介たち・・・
どの握りにもひと手間加えられていて、こだわりを感じます。
どれも新鮮で言う事無しなのは勿論、ホッケやニシンなど、初めて刺身で食べる魚もあって大満足。
ボタンエビは、一旦、生きたまま出てきたものを握りにしてくれるので、新鮮そのもの！
頭と尻尾は唐揚げにして出してくれました。
地元のお客さんも多かったので、地元でも人気のお店のようです。
