鰊の燻製ワイン漬け、面白い燻製屋さん！

余市港の近くにあります。
燻製色した店舗前に駐車場。
息子が魚釣りをしている間にお邪魔しました。
店内は広くはないものの、色々な燻製がずらり。
食べた事ないものばかり。
枝豆燻製は試食しまして美味しかったので購入。
蟹の燻製もありますが、小振りで頂くのも大変そうですから、興味はありましたものの購入せず。
鰊の燻製ワイン漬け、ワインに合いそう！お豆腐燻製も！と３つ購入しました。
鰊の燻製、かなり骨が気になり、たべにくいのですが、お味は美味しいです。
お豆腐燻製、私の好み！お塩かけて頂きました。チーズの様です。
枝豆燻製、こちらも美味しく燻製はあさめに感じます。
息子が釣ったお魚は小さく何の魚かわからず、開くにも小さ過ぎてとうとう食べませんでした。
また機会がありましたらお邪魔したいです。

こちら方面にドライブにきましたので
久々お邪魔しました。
こちらは色々な食材の燻製がございまして
面白い。
お豆腐は以前もいただいた記憶がありましたが
濃厚なお味になり
お酒のお供に良いですね。
玉ねぎは私的に理解できませんでした。
