こちらのお店は北海道余市にある燻製専門店です
燻製専門店はそう珍しくは無いのですが、わざわざこちらに足を運んだのはへら蟹の燻製が有ると聞いたからです
へら蟹を食べるのは初めてですが、燻製されているので香り高くとても美味しいですね
食べる所は少な目ですが夢中で食べてしまいました
