なぜかと言うと、土日は漁がないから、前日に蟹を仕入れて燻す事が出来ないという、至極、もっともな理由です。
知らずに行ってしまい、とば、甘エビ、ホタテを購入しました。
蟹を食べたかっただけに、残念です。
