2021/3 初利用
空知に居た頃は「岩見沢」にある「市川燻製屋本舗」さんを良く利用してました。
空知らしく「野菜」を燻したものや、大豆・豆腐の燻製もありました。
一方、こちら余市の「南保留太郎商店」さんは、日本海に面した町らしく
昔は雑魚扱いされていた「へらがに」を燻製にしたものが有名ですね。
「甘えび」「鰊」「鮭」等の日本海の海産物も勿論燻製にしています。
「燻し奴」 378円
小樽駅の「タルシェ」さんで豆腐の燻製を見つけました。
豆腐を燻製にすると、そのスモーク感と併せてチーズのような感じになります。
当然、白ワインに合わせても、また日本酒でもどちらでもいけます。
今宵はどの酒で宅呑みを楽しもうかな。
