積丹美国でうに丼を食べた後、神威岬へ。曇り空、観光客多数のため先端に行くのはやめて神恵内村、泊村経由で共和町のラーメン屋さんに向かいます。あらら、臨時休業の貼り紙…そのまま稲穂峠を抜けて仁木町に入り、きのこ王国さんで一休み。名物のきのこ汁、内外で美味しそうに皆さん食べていらっしゃいます。
キノコ好きにはたまらない販売コーナーを一通り見て食堂へ。きのこそばにしましょうかね。
きのこそば(温) ¥850
数種類のきのこが大量にのっています。別皿にて天かすもあり。
そばは自家製麺とのことで小麦粉３〜4割といったところでしょうか、ツルシコで口あたり、のどごしもいい感じです。
大量のきのこのせい？つゆの味は薄めに感じます。
しいたけも入っておりなかなか楽しくいただけるおそばでした。
観光客がメインターゲットですが岩内、倶知安で仕事がある方々にもよく利用されていますね。
お腹がふくれて眠くなりそうですが気をつけて帰りましょう、ごちそうさまでした♪
