久しぶりに余市にやってきてウイスキー蒸留所や余市川の桜を楽しんでいたら13時を回っていてお腹が空いてしまいました。そこで以前行ったきのこ王国に寄ろうとしたら余市の近くに仁木店という店舗があったので寄ってみました。余市駅から車で15分くらいです。
仁木店も本店同様、駐車場、店舗が広々としています。店内に入ると売店やレストランも広いです。早速レストランに行ってきのこ汁をオーダーしようとしましたが今日はきのこ味噌ラーメンにしました。全粒粉100%の麺ということで楽しみです。
待つこと数分、ラーメンが完成です。味噌の香りがとてもよいです。具材もたっぷりで嬉しいです。まずは麺から、もっちりとした食感が美味しいです。スープは炒めた野菜の甘みと香ばしさがあって、少しクリーミーなところはバターが入っていると思います。美味しいです。
チャーシューは肩ロース、しっかりとした食感です。チャーシュー麺にすればよかったと思う美味しいチャーシューでした。野菜は白菜、もやし、めんまなど、もちろんきのこもたっぷりです。
あっという間にスープまで完食。初めてきのこ王国でラーメンをいただきましたがありですね。
でもやっぱりきのこ汁も飲みたかったのでお土産のきのこの炊き込みご飯おむすびもオーダーしました。
久しぶりのきのこ王国ですが大満足です。美味しい料理をありがとうございます。また来ます。
