１２月なのに、外は雨
でも、心はクリスマス
毎年、シュトーレンが楽しみです。
こちらのお店は、食事にもワインにも合う
ハード系のパンが美味しいお店です。
去年もこちらでシュトーレンを購入しリピートです。
余市産の洋梨、レーズン、いちじくがフルーティで甘く
アーモンド、くるみ(これも余市産？)が香ばしく
シナモン、ナツメグ、クローブ、さらにホァシャオ
のスパイスが複雑な雰囲気を出しています。
スパイスなしもあるようです。
去年は、コーヒーに合う と、思いましたが
今年は紅茶と一緒に…
もちろん、赤ワインもいいですね。
私は、重めのメルローと合いそうな気がします。
これからクリスマスまでゆっくり頂きながら、
今年一年を振り返るのが至福のひとときになりそうです。
