杉澤商店さんに教えていただいたお店。
余市のフルーツを使ったリキュールのお店です。
行った時は、リンゴ2種、白ぶどう、黒ぶどう。
全種類を試飲させて頂き、
気に入った白ブドウを購入しました。
リキュールですが、ナチュラルで、
そのままでも、ソーダで割っても美味しい様です。
今時期は、アイスやかき氷にタラ～リも◎
ジュースみたいに飲めちゃいますが、
アルコールは5％あり。
全て、同じアルコール度数、同じお値段1650円です。
小樽の有名蔵元にいらっしゃった店主さんが
始められたとか。
日本酒とは、全く違う角度で攻めていらっしゃいました。
これからは、桃、ベリー系、
来年には梅も出す予定だそうで、
楽しみです♪

ドライブのお立ち寄り１軒にしちゃってくださーい。
あっ！！！という間になくなりそうですが、
飲むのが楽しみです♪
