9月11日はニセコ方面ドライブ。ダチョウと戯れた後はこちら。食べログ検索で珍しいフライドポテト専門店を発見してしまっては、大のジャガイモ好きとして寄らない訳にはいきません。
こちらはニセコ道の駅場外にある小さな店。数種のポテトの他にドイツビールやコーヒーなどのドリンクがあります。当日のポテトはベルギー産と北海道産、折角なので滅多に食べられないであろうベルギー産を選択しました。

ポテトは揚げたてホクホク、中はねっとりとした食感で、基本はジャガイモですが独特の風味があり個性的。塩加減も良く、これはもうビールが合います。欧州ではディップが主流ですが、我々は柚子胡椒マヨを選択、和洋折衷な感じで美味しかったですね。
テラス席で味わいましたが、こちらでもやはり蜂の歓迎を受け、席をクイック移動する事となりました‥‥ どうやら蜂に好かれているようです。
