日本国内に拡がる84の紅い虎。その名は「紅虎（べにとら）
大陸に思いをはせつつ、日本で生まれ育ち、共存して四半世紀以上。家常菜（中国の家庭料理）にルーツを持ちながら、ここ日本人の舌で育（はぐぐ）まれ、街へ家庭へ馴染んでいった「紅虎スタイル」。鉄鍋棒餃子、黒担々麺、やみつき餃子、黒酢豚…。84すべての紅虎の厨房で、今日も料理人が手わざをふるう。 |

関西空港へ向かう前の腹ごしらえ。向こうに着いてからも居酒屋さんに行くのでね、炭水化物は我慢して、木耳と卵の炒め物、油淋鶏、名物大餃子を４つオーダーです。
店内金曜の５時半くらいでしたが、ノーゲスト。その後何組か入ってきましたが、空いてます～。
そのせいか配膳もすぐです。５分と経たず、木耳と卵の炒め物。これは味が濃い～。何やら中華調味料の味が強め、とろみがついていてつまみには最高だったんですが、味付けが作られ過ぎていて残念。
油淋鶏は珍しく刻んだ玉ねぎピーマン、レンコンとじゃがいもの素揚げがコラボレーション。酸味がきつめですが、まぁまぁ美味しい。一番残念だったのは、名物大餃子。大きさは素敵なのですが、中身がすかすか(涙)キャベツメインで肉感はありません。どうせ大きくするなら中身もみっちりジューシーに仕上げてくれると満点なのになぁ。
ですが、下手な中華屋さんより今日は食べませんでしたが、ご飯系も麺系もとても美味しいので、お勧めです。チェーン店なので、市内にもあるしね。一度お試しあれ～！
