《 2021年04月 初訪 》
その日はチャーハンの気分だった。
前夜、YouTube動画で、町中華のベテラン料理人がひたすらチャーハンを作る動画を見てしまったから。
仕事終わりの２０時過ぎ、一杯くらいビールも、ということで某居酒屋食堂を目指すも、暖簾越しに店内を覗くとカウンター席は満席状態。
おいおい、金曜の夜とはいえ、コロナの大きな波がやって来ているさなか、流石に立ち入る気には成らず踵を返す。
さてどうしたモノかと思案したところ思い付いたのがこの中華居酒屋の「華龍」である。
まずはチャーハン、品書きの中から「蝦炒飯」を選択、そして生ビールを一杯。
もう一品、餃子でもと思ったが、目に付いたのが「ワンタンスープ」。
ラーメン屋などでも置いている所があるが、意外と高く、ボリュームも多すぎててなかなか手が出ない。
まずはビール、何かお通し的なモノが出るかと思ったが特に無し。
これならスープをやめて、ツマミ的なモノを頼めば良かったのかな。
少し待って、チャーハン、スープの順で登場！
結論から言えば、チャーハンは少し期待外れで、ひとつはパラパラ感が無く、いわゆるしっとりタイプ。
今日は中華屋の強火で仕上げたパラパラチャーハンが食べたかったのだよな。
もうひとつはエビで、むき身の茹でエビを上にトッピングしたタイプ。
個人的には具材として、きちんと炒めているタイプが良かった。
ワンタンスープは悪くは無いが、こちらも少し好みとは外れていた。
肉ワンタンなのだが、肉が多めでワンタンの皮が小さめ、小振りのスープ餃子を食べているような感じなのだ。
ワンタン好きは具なんか少しでいいのだよ、あのびらびら、ぶるぶるとした皮をいっぱい食べたいのだ。
ということで、今回は少し微妙な感じで、次回の訪問時はあん掛け焼きそば＆餃子辺りでリベンジしてみたい。
