千歳市錦町1丁目20‐9に先日2022年2月5日にオープンした「中国料理 麒麟」さんで、担々麺をいただきました。（夜900円也・・ランチは850円也）
担々麺が自慢との事で注文しました。
辛さは調整可能のようですが、何も言わずにデフォでいただきました。
千歳・恵庭の情報誌に2月5日にオープンしたと載っていたので早速訪問しました。クーポンあったけど忘れてしまったけどね。
駐車場は店舗裏に3台分あります。
ここの場所には飲食店の入れ替わりがありますが、ラーメン店では結構前になりますが「らー麺 たかきゅう」というお店があったりした場所になりますね。
麒麟さんの店内はカウンター席に2人から4人掛けのテーブル席が数卓ありました。
会計は現金のみの対応でしたよ。
夜に訪問しましたが、数名すでに居ましたね。
ランチメニューは、
・担々麺 850円・・・・辛さ痺れ控えめあり
・エビチリ定食 880円
・麻婆豆腐定食 880円
・焼売2個 280円
・焼棒餃子4個 500円
・ライス 100円
などになってました。
ディナーメニューは、前菜のザーサイ350円からあってピータン780円やよだれ鶏900円、主菜はエビマヨ990円、エビのチリソース990円、油淋鶏880円、麻婆豆腐880円などなどあります。
夜の担々麺は900円、カニレタスチャーハン990円、エビレタスチャーハン900円などなどがありますね。
お酒のメニューは、瓶ビールはキリン一番搾りとキリンラガーがあって中瓶660円です。やっぱり店名通りにビールはキリンだよね＾＾
角ハイやレモンサワー、ウーロンハイなどは440円からありました。
さて、いただいた担々麺の麺は、加水高めの中細ストレート麺です。
挽肉にナッツにほうれん草。ラー油の辛さと山椒のしびれが程よくあって、食べ進んでいくと結構辛さがある感じでしたね。全体的に良くまとまっている感じはして美味しく食べ進んでいけました。
新店頑張って欲しいですね。また訪問したいと思います。
