I went there because I was curious about Tabelog 's points and reviews. I ate the standard Gyoza / Dumpling, shumai, shrimp chili, green pepper meat paste, mapo tofu, etc.The mapo tofu also had an authentic taste using authentic Japanese pepper, and the shrimp chili and green pepper meat paste were both very authentic. I was surprised. The manager was very nice and I was surprised as I didn't expect to be able to eat such delicious Chinese food in Chitose. Also, the shop's signature Tantanmen have a choice of spiciness and a nice sesame flavor, and are definitely in the top three Tantanmen I've had in the past, so I highly recommend them. The inside of the store is clean and beautiful, but for some reason, the nostalgic JPOP music from the 90's is playing, which is a charm (lol).It's a highly recommended store.
