とある平日、ランチにてブックマークしてありました恵庭市恵み野西にありますインドカレーなお店にお邪魔させて頂きました。
現着すれば、おーっ、以前もインドカレーのお店でして確かその前のお店の時も来ているので何かとご縁あるみたいでちょっと懐かしさすら覚えます。
店内は懐かしいほぼ前回のインドカレー屋さんのをそのまま使用している印象で、ちょっとだけカウンターと大きなテーブル席、小上がりとで構成されます。
BGMは現地の穏やかな音楽が流れています。
この日メニューより、何やら今週のスペシャルランチメニューが面白そうだけどライスじゃなくてナンが良いなぁ…と思っていたらナンでもOKと聞けば"ランチAセット(880円)”の辛さ2番にて真面目そうな現地のお兄さんにお願いしてみます。
では一口・・・おおっ！マンゴーカレーはホントにマンゴーのフルーティーな味わいするのでビックリ！そこへキチンとスパイス加わっているのも感心、あっ、中に何か入っていると思ったら煮込んだマンゴー！これは更に初体験ですが個人的には面白くて好きです♪︎。
お次にほうれん草チキンカレーは…ハイハイ♪︎優しい味わいですね。ガツンとほうれん草効かせているのも好きですがちょっとマイルドでこちらのような優しいタイプも好きです♪︎こちらの中にはコロンとチキンが入っていました。
また辛さ2番はさほどでは無く次回は3番辺りで大丈夫そうです
ナンはベースとなるものが違うのか？他店のと比較すると見た目キツネ色？濃いめな印象でちょっとカラッとしていて生地全体も良い意味で固い感じ、バターの香り含めて風味が良くて悪く無いです。
他に先発隊のサラダは葉物中心ですりおろし人参？甘酸っぱくてスパイスもしっかり効いて良い感じでした。また小皿には大豆煮をピリリと辛いしっかりスパイスで和えたものと赤紫玉ねぎの酢漬け、セットドリンクは炭酸水をチョイスしました。
ふと、今回も丁度入れ替わりで幾組かお客さん訪れており何よりです。頑張って頂きたいです。
