仕事で北海道恵庭市に滞在した際に、ディナータイムで来訪。
本場の方が運営されるネパール料理&インドカレーのお店。
車で走っていても装飾が目立つのですぐに発見出来ました！
入り口には沢山のスパイスの瓶がズラリと並び雰囲気があります。
車移動だったのでお酒が飲めないのは残念でしたが。
恵庭産を中心に北海道の食材にこだわっていて
メニュー数も豊富です。
カレー目当てで来訪しましたが、コスパの良い前菜の盛り合わせがあったのでカレーが来るまで楽しむ事に。
彩りも鮮やかで、スパイシーな前菜がちょこちょこ摘めるプレートで口の中に広がる複雑な味わいに本場を感じる事が出来ます！
カレーはチキンキーマカレーをセットで。
セットにはナンが付いてきます。
おかわりも可能。
焼きたてのナンがメチャクチャ美味しい！
隣町長沼町の有機全粒粉をブレンドしてるそう。
お米も長沼町のゆめぴりかだそう。
距離も近く農業が盛んな町ですからね。
チキンキーマカレーはネパールの伝統調理法でスパイシーな味わいで、辛さは勿論ビシッと来るんだけど奥に旨みがきちんと感じられるんです。
ナンにたっぷりと盛り付けて一口で頬張る至福の時間！
ナンはハーフでおかわりしました！
1人だと胃袋の限界もあり、何気に満腹感が物凄かった…
2人以上でシェアしながら色んな種類を食べたいなと感じました！
