江別で偶然見つけた三美焼き鳥のキッチンカー
札幌場外市場でも同じカラーリングのキッチンカーがもう一台商売されてます
江別駅から徒歩５分ほどの駐車場内
一段高いキッチンカーには３~４０代の男女、愛想良い女性がオーダーを取り男性が調理します
メニューは札幌と同じく「ジャンボ焼き鳥＠１２０」と「モツ串＠１２０（税別）」の２種類
３本ずつオーダーすると、ちょうど焼き上がったモノをササッとパックに詰めて渡された
早速車内でいただきます
モツ串…きんかんとモツが刺さった串は若干しっかり焼きだが歯応え良く塩加減がベスト、酒にも飯にもよく合いそう
ジャンボ焼き鳥…鶏肉の間は玉葱の室蘭焼き鳥風、フワリとジューシーで大きめな鶏肉はコスパ良し、自家製で調合した塩を使った程よい塩味濃度は札幌の店と同じで拘りを感じる
