鶏肉と鶏肉の間は玉ねぎ。
アタマと真ん中の鶏肉はジャンボですが、最後尾の鶏肉は小さめ。
塩振りはやさしめ。
鶏肉はふっくらとやわらかく焼き上がっていて、脂にコクがありました。
「もつ串」 １本 １３８円（税込）
もつ串は３本セットでの販売で、１セットを購入。
１本の串に、キンカンなどのもつ、鳥皮、鶏肉、玉ねぎ。
ジャンボ焼鳥と比べ、塩振り加減は強め。
各部位の異なる食感がとても良かったです。
次回は、もつ串を多めに買いたいですね。
