愛読している雑誌HOで紹介されていた洋菓子屋さん。
メインは「年輪舎」という店名の通りバームクーヘンですが
焼き菓子やケーキも売っており、カフェとしても利用できます。
私はカットバームクーヘンのプレーンとカフェモカ。
あと、北のバターもち・しあわせのびんづめ・そば香るぷりんを購入。
バームクーヘンの油脂はバターしか使っていないそうです。
最近、変な香料の香りがしたり、ゴテゴテしすぎなものが多いですが
これはシンプルかつ王道のバームクーヘンだと思います。
去年札幌で買った、ホレンディッシェ・カカオシュトゥーベを思い出します。
私はこういうやつの方が好きだなぁ。
カフェモカは、なんと網走はぜやとのコラボ商品なんだって。
ほろ苦・大人味のバームクーヘンで、私はこっちの方が好みかも。
そば香るぷりんは黒蜜をかけて食べるのですが
食感はとろとろと言うほど柔らかすぎず、かつクリーミーな感じ。
そばの香ばしい香りがする、甘さ控え目の美味しいプリン。
半分は黒蜜あり、残りは黒蜜なしで２度楽しめました。
残りは大事にとってあるので、また後日いただくことにしましょう。
