東京駅八重洲口徒歩1分の北海道フーディストhttp://www.foodist.co.jp/shop/index.html（すぐ近くに福島県八重洲観光交流館 ほっとするふくしま:http://www.tif.ne.jp/jp/sp/yaesuがあります）で、モンパリの北海道マフィン、米粉ガレットを購入しました。北海道マフィンはハンドメイドで原材料は、小麦粉、卵、砂糖、サラダ油、脱脂粉乳、ベーキングパウダー。米粉ガレット（ビター）はビスケットみたいな米粉ガレットにビターチョコをコーティングしたものです。原材料に北海道産のパターと米粉が使われています。チョコレート製品なので、要冷蔵です。ガレット（クッキー）のサクサク感、ビターなチョコ味、素朴な食感です。

北海道フーディストで、モンパリのよもぎ食パンを購入しました。パンの袋には粉工房かんすけの表示はなく(有)モンパリとなっていますが、北海道岩見沢市の住所は同じです。北海道の天然よもぎ100%使用で、3枚入りで250円のところ30%OFFになっていたのでお得かなという軽い気持ちで購入したのですが、大変美味しくヒット商品でした。消費期限の前日夕方の購入で、消費期限日の朝に食べましたが、全くぱさついたところがなく、もちっとした食感で噛むと弾力性があり、オープントースターで温める必要もトーストする必要も全くなかったです。3枚ともすぐに食べきってしまいました。よもぎの味はきつくなくマイルドで、くせがないので多くの人に好まれるような気がします。
