旭川駅で見つけた、モンパリ＝かんすけのパン。こちらは、岩見沢のパン屋さん。ユニークなパンも多いが、お手頃なものが多い。
買ってきたのは、黒糖黒豆パンと、マーブルサンド。
黒糖黒豆パンは、食パンのような生地で、黒豆がぽつぽつと入っている。道産小麦で作られているらしい。そのまま食べても、生地がおいしい。
マーブルサンドは、見た目がマーブルになっている。間に、チョコクリームがはさまっている。
どちらも軽くて、食べやすいパン。
2016年9月： またも旭川駅で買い物で立ち寄り。
今回は、マーブルブレッドのよもぎ＆黒豆。よもぎも黒豆も北海道産。口に入れると、一瞬薬くさいような感じがすると、噛みしめるとよもぎの香りがしみてくる。
パンの方は、米粉が入っているのかと思うような、軽めの仕上がり。
こちらのパンはどれも食べやすい。
