通期で出店している北海道岩見沢市にあるベーカリーカンスケさんのブースへ
カンスケさんは、毎週土曜日のみ営業のベーカリーですが、西武の北海道うまいもの会では、2週間休まず出店しています
ベーカリー製造が見える作業場で焼き上がるパンを見た後で、ブースの売場でスタッフさんに賞味期限を確認すると、総て本日中とのことだったので、北海道シチューフロマージュ食パンを購入したかったのですが、1人で1本を夕食には無理なので

北海道産のハスカップジャムをたっぷり入れて、チーズクリームをのせて焼き上げてあり、ハスカップの甘酸っぱさがいいアクセントになってきました
