2022.11月 初訪
三笠市にある「更科食堂」はかなり前からBM済だったけど
行かないうちに閉店してしまい、
その後別の人が復活させたってTVだか新聞だかで知ったので訪問。
ホントは栗山と三笠でホルモン鍋の食べ比べを画策したんだけど
栗山の店着いたら臨時休業だったのでこちらへ来たって訳で、
この後は当然？三笠でホルモン鍋食べましたよ(笑)
店内入ると昭和風情の大衆蕎麦屋に
似つかわしくない？ムード音楽かかってますね。
・らーめん(650円)
蕎麦屋のラーメンは昔から好きだったので
ここでも当然それにしましたが
やや小ぶりな什器には
中太縮れのプリツル食感の麺、
スープはもろ蕎麦屋のラーメンて感じの
優しくあっさりした和風寄りで
適度な化調が良い塩梅に物足りなさをカバー。
具は板のり、ナルト、輪切茹で卵、
チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ。
町蕎麦屋のラーメンは
食堂やラーメン屋、中華の店で出すラーメンとは
違った独特の味があるけど
何処の蕎麦屋で食べても共通するのは
”ホッとする優しさ”ですかねぇ。
また何処かの蕎麦屋でラーメン見つけたら
食べてみたいと思いますが
ここの店を復活された方には
末永く愛されるように頑張って欲しいですね。
