更科食堂さんに行ってきました！
三笠市です
初でした…来たことありませんもん
ここは三笠市の中心部ではなく隣町でしょうか？
ナビに従って無事到着です
建物自体は古いんでしょうが
キレイにリフォームされてるといった印象です
雰囲気は蕎麦屋さんですね(^^)
こちらの店を知ったのは
小樽の大御所レビュアーさん
「飛んだ決まった」さんのレビューからでした
なんだか妙に行きたくなってしまって(笑)
店内へ
直径15cmくらいでしょうか
ミニラーメンのどんぶりサイズです
油が多めのせいかスープはかなり熱い
やや柔らかい麺は少々太め
スープは
かなりあっさりめ
出汁感はそんなに感じませんが
化調で上手くまとまってる感じ
具材も惜しみなくボリューミー
メンマが大量に(^^)
ゆで卵にナルトに海苔
昔ながらのラーメン代表です
ラーメンから行っちゃいましたが
やはり蕎麦も食べてみたいと思いました
再訪は年内のうちに行くぞ〜！
